• Aune Valley Meat offer FREE local delivery
• Local deliveries are made on a Thursday by our own Aune Valley Meat drivers with refrigerated vans
• Free Local delivery covers the South Hams eg. Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Ivybridge, Totnes also Ashburton, Plymouth, Newton Abbot
• Outside local area in mainland UK deliveries are made by overnight courier service with a charge of £7.50 which will be added to each order.
• All orders will be made up on a Wednesday and sent with overnight courier service.
• All orders will be received by the customer the next day Thursday.
• We cannot give an exact time of day you will receive the Thursday delivery
• For special occasions please contact by e-mail or phone to receive meat on an alternative day (other than a Thursday)
• You may place an order anytime during the week.
• Orders must be received by 4.00pm on a Tuesday to be delivered on the following Thursday.
• Meat is Vac packed in clean fresh vac plastic bags to keep meat fresh longer .
• Vac packs keep all meat juices from escaping and makes it easier to pack in boxes.
• All meat packs are individaually labelled
• All meat is wrapped in ice packs to keep chilled for transit.
• When you place your order please add comments to our delivery box eg. Instructions to leave box in preferred safe place
  eg. Leave with neighbour
  eg.deliver to place of work
• If you are not in when your order is delivered our courier will try to leave the order with a neighbour, if that is not possible they will leave it in a safe place.
• Because the meat is perishable they cannot return the box to their depot to be delivered another day!
