• Aune Valley Meat offers FREE local delivery.
• Local deliveries are made on a Thursday by our own drivers, using refrigerated vans.
• Free local delivery covers the South Hams e.g. Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Ivybridge, Totnes, and also extends to Ashburton, Plymouth, Newton Abbot.
• Outside the local area, mainland UK deliveries are made by overnight courier at a charge of £15, added to each order. Orders are made up on a Wednesday and delivered by the courier the next day. We cannot give an exact time for the Thursday delivery.
• For special occasions, please contact us by e-mail or phone to receive a delivery on a different day.
• You may place an order online at any time.
• Orders must be received by 4pm on a Tuesday for Thursday delivery.
• Meat is vacuum-packed in plastic bags for maximum freshness.
• Vacuum packs keep meat juices from escaping and make it easier to pack meat in boxes.
• All meat packs are individually labeled.
• All meat is wrapped in ice packs to keep chilled for transit.
• When you place your order, please add any special comments in the box provided, e.g. instructions to leave box in preferred safe place, or leave with neighbor, or delivery address is place of work.
• If you are not present to accept your order, the courier will try to leave it with a neighbor; if that is not possible, it will be left in a safe place.
• Because meat is perishable, the box cannot be returned to the depot for delivery another day!
