About Aune Valley Meat

Aune Valley Meat Farm Retail Shop is situated between Loddiswell and Kingsbridge in the heart of the South Hams in South Devon.

Aune Valley Meat is a traditionally run family business selling to the retail and catering trades.

From the smallest joint to half a pig, lamb or bullock. Cut to the customer's requirements by our friendly enthusiastic team of butchers. We pride ourselves on rearing most of the beef on our own farms, with full traceability from birth to shop. Our animals are taken by our own transport to the abattoir. We are very conscious of animal welfare.

Beef is returned to our shop by refrigerated transport and then hung for 14 days before butchering. Lamb is all from local farms within a 10-mile radius of the shop. Pork is of the highest quality, reared near Kingsbridge.

Our poultry is purchased within the county of Devon and is a class A British product free from growth promoters and antibiotics. We also stock free-range chicken, ducks and geese. Not forgetting our very own farm produced turkeys mainly for the Christmas & Easter Market. Place your Christmas order early to avoid disappointment! We also supply farm-fresh free-range eggs.
