We pride ourselves on sourcing most of our beef stock from local farms whenever possible, with full traceability. We use Lang's, a family run abattoir in Ashburton, a short distance away. Our beef is returned to our shop by refrigerated transport and then hung for at least 3 weeks. This allows the beef to mature, maximising flavour and tenderness before butchering. Our very own beef will be available again starting late in 2018.
