Haytor is based on a 'gruyere' style cheese and is a delicious artisan hard cheese with a sweet, nutty taste. It has been matured for 6 months and is suitable for vegetarians. This cheese has been handmade deep in the heart of our rolling North Devon countryside with far reaching views over Dartmoor and the famous rocky outcrop Haytor, after which this cheese was named.
