The Bay Tree Moreish Mint Jelly
A fresh and tangy mint jelly for roast lamb and sausages or stir in to give your salads a Moroccan twist.
Add a little to cooked peas for a fresh, zingy flavour.
Melt and mix into a vinegar dressing for cold potatoes or a chicken salad.
Gently heat to 'melt' the jelly, pour over salad and couscous for a Moroccan twist.
