Sharpham is a Coulommiers type cheese, which has been hand made in the creamery in Totnes since 1980. It is mould ripened and has a unique, creamy flavour. It is made with unpasteurised cows milk, suitable for vegetarians and is recognised as one of the best mould ripened bries around.
