Information
- Rent includes electric & water
- Minimum rental- 1 week
- 50% deposit required at time of booking- non-refundable
- Remaining 50% due 2 weeks prior to first week of occupation- if payment is not received on time, we have the right to cancel booking & retain deposit.
- Changeover day is on a Monday
- Container to be vacated by 4pm on a Sunday
- Container MUST be deep cleaned and tidy with all stock & personal belongings removed on vacation
- The container must only be used for the purpose agreed at time of booking.
- The container must not be used for illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate activity.
- The owner (Aune Valley Meat Ltd) reserves the right to refuse or terminate hire if use is deemed unsuitable.
Terms & Conditions
- No permanent alterations, drilling, painting, or structural changes are permitted without written consent.
- Any damage must be reported immediately- damages must be paid for.
- Subletting is prohibited unless by prior agreement.
- The shop can only be open between our shop opening hours (8-5 Monday to Saturday 9-4 Sunday)- A minimum of 5 trading hours must be achieved every day. (for example, 10am-3pm daily)
- Opening hours subject to change over Christmas/bank holidays,
- Electrical equipment brought into the container must be safe and fit to use.
- Any additional time required must be agreed in advance and may incur additional charges.
- All Health & Safety is your responsibility as the hirer.
- Electricity must be used responsibly- you must not overload the system
- Wi-fi usage should be kept to a minimum- downloads prohibited. Wi-Fi is for card machines only.
- Any additional utility may incur additional charges
- All rubbish must be removed at the end of the hire period
- The container must be clean at the end of the hire period- failure to do so may result in a cleaning charge.
- You must be responsible for the security of all your stock & belongings
- You must hold public liability insurance with a minimum of £2,000,000
- You are liable for any damage caused to the container or surrounding property.
- We accept no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to the property
