• Local deliveries are made by our own drivers, using refrigerated vans.
• If you should require a specific delivery day or for a special occasion please specify at time of ordering (a text box is provided at the checkout stage).
• For special occasions, please email sales@aunevalleymeat.co.uk or phone us on 01548 550413 to arrange a specific delivery day to suit you.
• You may place an order online at any time.
• Orders must be received 24 hours before a delivery day.
• Meat is vacuum-packed in plastic bags for maximum freshness.
• Vacuum packs keep meat juices from escaping and make it easier to pack meat in boxes.
• All meat packs are individually labelled.

Delivery Instructions:
When you place your order, please add any special comments in the box provided, e.g. instructions to leave box in a preferred safe place, leave with a neighbour, or an alternative delivery address like a place of work.

If you are not present to accept your order, we will try to leave it with a neighbour; if that is not possible, it will be left in a safe place.

Please Note – we would prefer your are in to receive your delivery, as we cannot take responsibly for any products, lost, stolen or eaten by the dog!

Delivery Delays:
If we are aware of any particular reason why deliveries could be delayed, for example adverse weather conditions, we will contact you prior to preparing your order. We hope our customers appreciate that sometimes these situations are out of our control.

Returns:
Because meat is perishable, the box cannot be returned to the shop for delivery another day. By using our web site you agreed to adhere to the above Delivery Information.
