All products listed on our website are subject to availability and apply only to AVM. At times some products listed become unavailable, if so will be contact you to update you and suggest a possible replacement. Seasonal items e.g. Game Birds, when out of season will be sold frozen only.

All prices quoted on our site are in pound sterling and include VAT at the appropriate rate. Nearly all our products are zero rated. Our VAT registration number is 932471920.

Prices on our site are subject to change, if a price is mistakenly under-priced on a product we will not be liable to supple the product at the stated price. We will amend the customer order before putting the order together and also we will contact the customer and confirm the mistake.

As meat is usually sold by weight, slight variations may occur, with all meat being individually cut for each specific order. AVM guarantees that the overall weight will differ by no more than plus or minus 10% from the weight ordered. Most ordering weights are given in grams (g) or kilograms (kg), with an approximate guide to equivalent imperial weight (lb or oz), e.g. packs of 2x approx. 227g (8oz) steaks.

Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher - please check your voucher to find out when to use it by. AVM cannot accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted gift vouchers. We'll despatch your gift voucher either as soon as payment has been cleared, we cannot be responsible for any delays, no matter how they are caused.

If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery email address you enter - it is your responsibility to do so and we're afraid we cannot be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the email address entered is incorrect. In addition, we cannot take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the voucher details safe.

From time to time, gift vouchers may get caught in spam filters, and it is the recipient's responsibility to check these filters. We cannot take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient's email address because of spam filters, firewalls, the capacity of the recipient's mailbox or any other factors outside of our control. If you need a refund, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a gift voucher, debit/credit card account, or a combination of the two). We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions.

The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

The minimum order value for online orders is £30

You agree that any legal action brought against Aune Valley Meat Ltd shall be governed by UK Law without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the aunevalleymeat.co.uk website shall be an appropriate county court located in South West UK.
